On 6 November 2003 a police
inspector of that calls me
Police section, in Bucharest on. It gives
me Costin to the telephone.
We know Costin for many years.
It lived during some months even in one
at that time a sponsorship
for the boy had our subsidized low-rent housings and Gerhard sign
taken over.
Costin said to me that he already is for
one month in police detention. Nobody became it
visit and he would have
neither food nor dresses.
The policeman confirmed that him nobody from its family
visit came.
Costin left when our donation in the
summer
I said to the policeman that he was to make a visitor
permission for me, because I as a foreigner
in Romania no
attendance right would have. The policeman said that he will gladly make that
and I in
at the latest one hour there
to be is.
I drove off immediately and bought food, fruits, meat and
beverages.

Costin was already sent of its
nut/mother as a small boy on the road.
It had to bring each day to
money home. The nut/mother is Alkoholikerin and
Costin struck, if he did not bring money
to "house".
Its career unfortunately is as with most of these road
children.
Costin will get 7 years detention. The
police inspector says that here also
good lawyer nothing more to
make can. Its only rescue is that it is still person under age.
Thus Costin "only" 3.5
years is gotten. With good guidance perhaps 2.5 or 3 years.
We make here no call for donations at Costin.
It does not make itself good for offenders
to collect also still money.
I become Costin however nevertheless during its
time in the prison
Food and dresses bring. It
is according to my opinion a victim of the system. It has
learned by its nut/mother
something else as to never steal and rob.

Costin cried for joy as I came. It
thought I also would not come like its family.
The policeman participated a symposium of "road children and
prison". It was
really much it interests
that our donation helps the Costin. It gave me tips
like we the punishment
for Costin
to make somewhat shorter and gave themselves even brochures can. Is
appropriate for it much
at a co-operation. Also it
is the opinion that it does not bring anything the road children in the
prison
to bring. The children are
only abused there and professional in things "criminal".
Here there are no youth judges and no prisons for young
people.
We will thus help further the Costin
also here.
Process of George
And again was a process for George Constantinescu. Like
always one had at 8 o'clock in
Law courts present its. The
process began as always very late. On this day even only over
18 o'clock. For the process
of George many children were loaded as witnesses. Most children
by their mothers were
accompanied. A nut/mother fell at 17 o'clock in faint. The court halls are
here extremely fully and
very little ventilates. I have large back pain after 2 hours
sit on these wood banks.
All children (witnesses) were asked from the judge to the
facts. That was very important
for George. Finally it could
be proven that George had not stolen the telephone.
The process was shifted however again on the 4,12,2003. I
hope that at this
Day of the judges also a
decision falls.
